[Comment from Yuji Sakai] Just before Godzilla’s heat ray turns Tokyo into a sea of flames, we recreated and further emphasized that striking scene where, in pitch-black darkness, Godzilla’s dorsal plates glow and shine with dazzling beauty. When light passes through, the purple dorsal plates look as if they are actually emitting light, bringing back the excitement of the film’s climax. Sculpting and paintwork: Yuji Sakai.

[Comment from Yuji Sakai] The previously announced A Prize Shin Godzilla Big Sofubi Figure was painted before the film’s release, using the prototype as reference. This one, however, was painted with the image of the Kamakura landing, when Shin Godzilla in its fourth form appears for the first time. You could say this is an essential color version that can never be left out when creating a Shin Godzilla figure. Sculpting/Painting: Yuji Sakai.
